Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

Voucher duration

Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Cannot be redeemed after expiry date.

Use of multiple vouchers

Only one gift voucher can be used per booking.

​

Email vouchers

Email vouchers shall be provided free of charge to the email address provided at point of purchase.

​

Voucher redemption

Vouchers can be redeemed by phone or in person only. There is no option for online or email redemption.

Refunds

Vouchers are non-refundable. No change or credit can be given in exchange. We reserve the right not to fulfil a gift card purchase at our own discretion and we will refund the transaction in that case.

Monetary vouchers

Monetary vouchers can be used for part or full payment of the appointment. If the appointment cost exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid in full by credit or debit card at the point of booking.

Transfer

Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

​

Lost vouchers

Lost gift voucher codes can be re-sent via the email address used when purchased.

​

Abuse of use

If we believe that at the point of purchase or retrospectively you are abusing gift cards in any way or selling them to others, we reserve the right to cancel your gift card without letting you know beforehand.
